How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.

You can expect to receive your order two business days after shipping. Two-day orders placed after 1:00PM (ET) on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders are offered complimentary shipping via USPS and will arrive in accordance with their standard shipping times. Precious cargo requires meticulous measures. We require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery of Platinum Born online orders. To protect your purchase, Platinum Born does not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to other international addresses at this time. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take additional time.

All Platinum Born jewelry pieces are packaged in a luxury branded jewelry pouch.

We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. Platinum Born offers complimentary returns on online orders received within 30 days of receipt, with the Platinum Born shipping tag still attached to the item. We cannot accept returns with the shipping tag removed. If you are unhappy with the item or it arrives in damaged condition, please contact customercare@platinumborn.com or call 212-840-6509 within 30 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. We will not accept returns of special orders, sized, engraved items, or items that show signs of wear.

Upon receiving the returned item(s) in original saleable condition with shipping tag attached, Platinum Born will issue a refund. It may take several days before the refund amount is available in your bank account.
