Returns

We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. Platinum Born offers complimentary returns on online orders received within 30 days of receipt, with the Platinum Born shipping tag still attached to the item. We cannot accept returns with the shipping tag removed. If you are unhappy with the item or it arrives in damaged condition, please fill out the form below within 30 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. We will not accept returns of special orders, sized items, engraved items, or items that show signs of wear.

Please note: More than three consecutive returns will result in a suspension of purchasing ability until you have spoken with a customer service representative.


Exchanges

Within 30 days of receipt, items in salable condition with shipping tag attached may be exchanged for a different item. If the newly selected item is at a lower price than the original item, Platinum Born will issue a refund. If the newly selected item is priced higher than the exchanged item, the difference will be charged.
